Tim did a great job remodeling our kitchen. He met with me and we had many conversations about possibilities and adjustments before work ever got started. He was able to work within the existing footprint of our kitchen for support walls, outlets and plumbing, but was able to make everything much more functional by closing up doors, breaking down walls and relocating my island to make a pantry that is so useful. The kitchen storage and functionality has improved our life so much and it’s beautiful to look at every day! Im the guy that contractors don’t love since I rarely do huge projects. Tim doesn’t care. He comes over, has good/great ideas that help us get the job done right, and then lines it all up. Latest project was a fireplace upgrade. It wasn’t a big money project but he got it done in 3.5 days start to finish. Keeps the house as clean as possible. His subs are great. Finding a contractor to undertake a major project is nerve-wracking,  you want to make sure that the work is done to a high standard, with as little deviation from timelines as possible.  My wife and I were lucky to end up working with Birdseye.  Tim and his team undertook a complete overhaul of our house, adding a second story, and reorganizing the existing layout to add the stairs, replace flooring and repaint the whole space.  We gained bathrooms, bedrooms and a living space while staying in the school district we needed.  Despite the weather doing its best to disrupt the job they delivered an amazing update for us, great quality and a focus on us being happy when they finished. Absolutely perfect! Not only did Tim and his crew beat the stigma of working with contractors but they genuinely cared and worked with us! There were things I would point out that I ended up not liking (on my end) and they never gave me a hard time and helped change things with no issue. We recently had our house remodeled and could not be happier with the results!! First 4 photos are before and the rest are after. Walking into our newly remodel home, it is truly customized one of a kind Birdseye’s custom home! It is absolutely beautiful, functional, attention to details and we are incredibly grateful for the hard work that went into this remodel!! Tim was absolutely great to work with!! He helped guild us through the start to finish of the process. We had to have 4 LVL beams installed to help support our vaulted ceiling. Major concern for us during this remodel was the structural integrity and it we were nervous about this. You hear horror stories about contractors, but I can tell you Tim made sure this was perfect. I would have him back 10 out of 10 times for any other projects we need done based on how he handled our entire project from start to finish. During the architect process, he listened to our requirements and  transform into a diagram that we could visualize. Along the way, Tim also had great ideas – we love LED lights and he recessed in our ceiling beam for new LED lights. His ability to personalize the remodel to our style is unmatched. His team was top notch!! His framers helped sure up parts of our roof that needed more support. We did not know this was an issue until they told us he fixed it. Tim and crew always looked out for us and did not cut corners! Everyone Birdseye used treated our remodel as if it was their home. By the end of our project, we truly felt that Tim and Brandon were part of our family!! Project was finished on time and on budget. Birdseye was on a short list of contractors recommended to us by ProSource, where we purchased the cabinets for our bedroom. From the very first interactions with Jamie, Tim and Kait, I knew we were in good hands. They are not just a hardworking family business, but they're delightful people. They took great care with the cabinetry, came up with an out-of-the-box solution for cabinets that were too large for the space, worked directly with ProSource to finesse another space issue, showed up when they said they would and cleaned up when they left. I can honestly say they were the most pleasant crew we've ever had work on our home. Tim is especially conscientious and communicative. I almost hate to share this review because I have future projects, and I don't want them to get too popular! ;)
